About Eastbourne

View of EastbourneThe beautiful seaside resort of Eastbourne nestles at the foot of the South Downs, attracting over 4 million visitors each year, 25 miles from Brighton, and 17 miles from Hasting. The town is famous for its beaches and over 5 miles of promenade, running from the Downs all the way down to the magnificent Sovereign Harbour, with its selection of restaurants, bars and shops. Whether you fancy taking in a West End show, enjoying a stroll on the pier or even having a go at some water sports, Eastbourne can offer it all. The town centre boasts a large selection of shops, whilst there are plenty of bars, clubs and restaurants to keep everyone going through the night. To keep the kids entertained, Treasure Island and Fort Fun offer plenty of entertainment, including rides, crazy golf and go-karting.

Eastbourne offers some fantastic opportunities to run in a beautiful and breath-taking environment. The South Downs, with its rolling hills and the spectacle that is Beachy Head and The Seven Sisters, is both a challenging and rewarding course. The seafront and the beach offer the chance to train on very different terrains, whilst taking in the wonderfully clean sea air.
