The courses are run by the Directors of The Running Inn, Mike Ovens and Fiona Bugler, with the help of other fitness experts and specialists.

All courses will cover the following:
- Speed and endurance training tips for runners of all abilities
- Tailor-made programmes to suit your running goals
- Nutrition advice
- Studio sessions to improve performance (and help strengthen your core)
- Training runs across picturesque routes and different terrains, including: the South Downs Country Park and it’s challenging Seven Sisters course, which is part of the Beachy Head marathon (www.beachyheadmarathon.org), Friston Forest and The Cuckmere River; the Cuckoo Trail, a 17.5km pathway, formerly an old railway line, which passes through country towns and villages; and the Seafront, a 3.5 mile stretch great for speed sessions or an easy flat run (marked every half mile – a good seven mile stretch there and back!)… and, for army recruits we even do grid runs on the shingle!
