• Minimum group – six per course*, based on two people sharing a suite (some suites accommodate up to four). For groups over 10 we can offer accommodation at other luxury guesthouses/hotels – no lower than four star silver rating – and we can offer special packages.
• The cost is £350+vat per person for the four-day course, which includes all expert sessions a sports massage, and a treatment. Half board accommodation is £150 per person.

Platinum one to one personal training course.

£350+ vat for a two-day weekend course, and £150+vat per day for a midweek course (but note accommodation costs are less midweek).

The price for accommodation and breakfast is £80 per night at weekends, and £70 per night during the week. Extras are: Pilates one to one (£45), nutrition one to one (£75, plus report), sports massage (from £15), pampering treatments (from £25), Lunch and evening meal, £15, and these will take place after lunch, as will one-to-one consultation and schedule design. If you prefer, you can chill out, go for a bike ride, swim, or if go for a walk around Beachy Head. The choice is yours.
