One to one course
A one-to-one course costs a minimum of £350+vat for a two-day weekend course, and £150+vat per day midweek (but note accommodation costs are less midweek). It includes: V02 max bleep test, 1500m pace test; one to one personal training session of circuit-training, hill session, long run, heart rate monitoring, consultation and take-home schedule. You can also choose one more session from: plyometric workshop; resistance for runners workshop and assessment; posture, balance, stretch and relax. Bike hire is included, free of charge. If there is something specific you're worried about, for example, technique, speed, breathing, we can allocate a time slot to include this. The price for accommodation and breakfast is £80 per night at weekends, and £70 per night during the week. Most sessions will take place in the mornings. Extras are: Pilates one to one (£45), nutrition one to one (£75, plus report), sports massage (from £15), pampering treatment (from £25), Lunch and evening meal, £15, and these will take place after lunch, as will one-to-one consultation and schedule design. If you prefer, you can chill out, go for a bike ride, swim, or if visit eastbourne. The choice is yours.
