ITINERARY
ITINERARY Friday Early evening: arrive at the Running Inn
Saturday BREAKFAST – a healthy selection of nuts, seeds, fruit, yogurt, porridge oats, muesli, cereals, healthy breads, pastries etc for breakfast; carb-loading lunch including veggie stew, soup, salad, salmon
Sessions include: Talk: Devising a running schedule: hills, speed, tempo and long runs Workshop: Heart rate monitoring Easy circuit session incorporating runner’s resistance exercises Nutrition Talk: eating and drinking for racing Easy run Massage
Plus optional pre-bookable extras of: Pamper treatment , yoga class
Sunday From 7am until time to go: BREAKFAST – as Saturday
LIFT TO THE RACE
Group warm up and pre stretch – pace groups – cool down
Followed by lunch at a local pub – special rates
TARIFF
• The whole package is £150+ vat per person, based on two sharing, excluding race entry. The price breakfast and lunch on Saturday, and all sessions, including massage with Stuart. The only extra would be an optional pre-bookable beauty treatment with Linda (see below).
• Lynda Veness charges from £25 per treatment, including Indian Head Massage, Hot Stones Therapy, Reflexology, Pedicure, Manicure, Aromatherapy Facial etc.
• Single people will be asked to share a suite with someone of a similar sex, or they will be asked to pay a single person supplement.
