CMS - Web Page Content Management Web pages are easy to create and many people know how, it is becoming a regular IT skill. The problem is that you need an HTML editor and an FTP client with all the security details to get it all going.
Far simpler is an online editor which allows you to edit your web pages directly from anywhere (with security of course!) just using a browser. Basically these editors are simple HTML editors that behind the scenes edit and maintain the HTML that displays what you see. The level of skill required to use them is basic word processor though HTML limitations will surprise those new to such things; many different level of editors are used throughout blog and forum sites. |
